STATUE -- FILTER THE INFECTION. I first picked up this cd when I was going to college in Old Dominion University @ norfolk at some show at the kings head inn in 92 or 93. It was advertised that it had members of Chain of Strength but was more in the vein of Fugazi. I know there is a video of them playing at least one show. This is one of my favorite post revelation releases. Rev was releasing some dingle berrys in the 90's and this is one of the records that stood out and sounded great. The guys from Count Me Out were in love with this cd and were super stoked when Ambassodor Records released a second ep. Before cell phones and pass the dialer error, 7-11 grocery stores were giving away 10 minute free calling cards when ever Super Big Gulps were purchased. Jason (singer of cmo) actually called Vic from Collision and that how things got rolling with Ambassodor Records.
